Quiche Me "Olive You"
*1pkg.(24oz) frozen shredded hash browns, thawed (or grate your own cooked patatoes)
*1/4 cup melted butter *2 eggs
*1 can(4oz) seeded green chilies *1/4 tsp salt
*1 cup grated Monterey jack cheese *1/4 tsp pepper
*1 cup sliced spicy olives *1/2 cup milk or half & half
Press potatoes between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Press into a greased 9 inch pie plate to form crust
Brush melted butter on lightly
Bake @ 425 for 25 minutes or until crust rim is golden brown.
Remove from over, spread chili cheese, and olives in crust.
Bake @ 350 or 30-40 mintes or until knife, inserted in center, comes out clean.
Make 6-8 servings.
"Armstrong Olive's Warm Olive and Artichoke Dip"
*3/4 cup Mayonnaise
*1 cup Parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
*1 cup(chopped) spiced Armstrong Oluives, almond stuffed, jalapeno, garlic stuffed, or spicy pimento
*1 can (chopped) artichoke hearts, packed in water
*Optional: a pinch of garlic salt
Mix Mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese together.
Chop olives and artichoke hearts (make sure they're well drained).
Add all ingredients together: Mix well and put into bakable dish.
Put in over or microwave until warm and bubbly.
Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
"Super Guacamole Salsa"
*1 ripe avocado
*3 garlic cloves (crushed)
*1 cup hot salsa
*6 Armstrong Spicy Pimento Olives
*4-5 Drops Tabasco sauce
Mix ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Serve with your favorite chips.

Depending on your personal taste, recipes can include any variety of Armstrong Olives. They are especially delicous in pasta salads, spaghetti sauce, pizzas, omlettes, and quiches.
